In our 50+ combined years of working with thousands of customers and seeing every use case imaginable, we noticed a common thread; customers were not getting what they were promised by moving to the cloud. We saw customers being promised cost savings, efficiency, and turn-key solutions, but due to legacy architecture integrations, outdated processes, lack of data transparency and untrained staff, our customers were either seeing no savings or were even spending more than before after paying for expensive migrations. The few customers we saw being successful employed teams of high cost full time technical experts which were simply out of reach for the smaller sized clients that could not invest like Netflix or Twitch could. Even the larger organizations that had this capability lacked the understanding of how their technology projects would impact their long term capital and operating expenditures and when the time came to exit they received less than favorable offers due to their large amount of incurred technical debt. We sought to change this by leveraging a vast network of highly experienced technical leadership and execution talent along with technology M&A talent on an as-needed basis.
